Those approximated of General Police Commissioner Moshe Karadi reported that it will remain at its post until its successor not is found. Let us recall, on Monday in the evening proposed by the minister of Domestic Security Avi Dikhter to this post the General Lieutenant of the police Yaakov Ganot removed his candidature. Let us note that Karadi of podal into the resignation of one-and-a-half month ago according to the recommendations of the commission Of Zayler, and Avi Dikhter it was one of those, who unequivocally required its resignation. And precisely he now gives to Dikhter the possibility to correct the complex situation: "if it is required, and minister Dikhter will ask about this of General Commissioner, he will remain even after the end of the period of his work at this post, which elapses by this summer - until the minister of domestic security finds to it replacement", noted approximate Karadi. From the office Dikhter  the given moment it did not enter commentaries. As we already reported, on Monday the head for the administration for prisons lieutenant general Yaakov Ganot removed his candidature to the post of General Police Commissioner. He transmitted today the letter to the minister of Domestic Security Avi Dikhter the letter, in which he reported this solution. In all likelihood, as reason for making of this decision served the information, that in the commission for the designations of the leading workers under retired judge Yaakov  Tirkely chairmanship by two dissenting votes one expressed themselves against the designation Ganot to the post of the leader of the Israeli police. "I wanted to serve society, but it was not ready for the fact that the attacks to me will become attacks to entire police system, it explained in its letter. however, - from the first day, when my name was sounded in the number of aspirants to this post, was located those, who preferred to fan one case of my past ". He added also that attentively he followed the publications, and with not smaller attention it noted those, who greeted its designation. He thanked Avi Dikhter for the confidence and reported that was made the decision to forego this post.
